Rear Admiral Kelvin Dixon, (upper half, retired) has over thirty years military and civilian experience in positions requiring leadership, management, organizational, operational/operational Risk Management (ORM), and strategizing skills. Over the past eight years, he has worked extensively with various government regulatory agencies including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) ensuring drug safety compliance; the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Mine Safety and Health Association (MSHA) in designing and delivering environmental, occupational and safety standards and developing training programs; the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in completing investigations, interpreting regulations and security management, and the Department of Transportation (DOT) with regard to truck and rail transportation systems.
With his training as an engineer, an MBA in entrepreneurial studies, and a Master’s in Business Management (Human Relations), he has a keen sense of order and precision, and developing effective processes for successful outcomes. He is an engaging presenter, leadership subject matter expert and leadership coach.
