The concept of Tellus Mater was born over nearly a decade of conversations amongst our senior leaders about methods of improving workplace environments so all employees could achieve their highest potential. This was important to us because we knew that a happy, healthy, diverse workforce is more productive.

We recognized early on that an identified problem is only what we see on the surface and that to really effect change, we needed to identify the root causes of the problem. We recognized that every company has its own unique conditions, culture and context, and therefore we would need to offer a cornucopia of strategies to address the root causes of an organization’s challenges.
