Natasha Hewlett is an accomplished trainer and facilitator, bringing over 15 years of experience in leading DEI policies, data analysis, forecasting, and project management. Her specialty lies in designing and implementing successful programs from the ground level, redesigning training programs independently, and obtaining proven results that meet the needs and vision of organizations. Natasha currently holds the position of Diversity Program Officer for the National Credit Union Administration's Office of Minority and Women Inclusion, serving as the principal advisor to all Credit Union CEOs on their DEI internal programs, including development, implementation, and training.
