Kathylynn Pierre Griff, EdD is a researcher, project manager, educator, and, M&E and specialist with over 18 years of experience in community-engagement, grant writing, program evaluation and applied statistics. She has extensive education and mentoring experience, garnered through her work in in various learning institutions and as a research methods and leadership professor in Haitian and US universities.
Kathylynn serves as a research specialist for Tellus Mater, and is also an experienced humanitarian worker; she has been actively involved in the Haitian development sector for over 20 years, providing project oversight, targeted capacity building services and technical support in the fields of education, research, M&E, and data collection and analysis.
Kathylynn has led several social services projects and has managed large multi-sectoral and interdisciplinary research and product development teams. She has conducted studies in the areas of research and development, mentoring, leadership, education, social psychology, human rights, community development, agriculture and agro-business, food security, governmental policy, social justice, conflict resolution, disaster risk reduction, gender-based violence, WASH, and overall program effectiveness.
Kathylynn holds a Doctoral Degree in Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, a Master's in Adult Education, and a double Bachelor's in Spanish and International Studies.
She is knowledgeable in using NVivo, SPSS and Microsoft Office
